clothing supply on Atlantis

In the WIP I've had going for a few months, there is occasion for people to get new clothes, both uniform and casual, for reasons I won't go into here. And I realised I have no idea how that would be organised. So my questions (quite a few, sorry) are:

1. Would there be a general stores on Atlantis containing all the bits of uniforms necessary in various sizes for resupply when things get blown up and lost? And would there be a specific person, ie. a quartermaster, in charge of issuing and requisitioning them?

2. Just how far does military issue go? I know from reading a few posts that t-shirts are part of the uniform - is there also prescribed underwear supplied to the military and how much do people stick to that if there is?

3. If I'm describing uniform items, would I be correct to call something "standard issue"? And if not, what should I say?

4. Do people in the US military use the term civvies for civilian clothes, and if not what would they say?

5. Not sure how well this applies, but in an outpost like Atlantis how do people think getting personal items brought in (casual clothes, toiletries etc.) would be set up? It would make sense to me if all the orders were collated by one person rather than made individually, but would that be a military type (my quartermaster again) or more likely to be civilian?

Thank you for any help you can give me.
